VRS Returns & Refund Policy

At VRS Health, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure satisfaction for both veterinary partners and pet owners. Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds:


1. Partner Hospitals

  • If a hospital refunds a pet owner for the cost of a VRS product within the hospital’s return policy, VRS will credit or refund the hospital for their wholesale purchase cost of that product.
  • Applies only to products purchased directly from VRS (not complimentary or promotional items).

2. Direct Purchases by Pet Owners

  • If a pet owner purchased a product directly from VRS, they should contact VRS Customer Support to request a credit or refund.

3. Eligibility Requirements for Participating Partners

  • Partners must have submitted a Refill Referral/Product Recommendation Form within the past 90 days.
  • Credits/refunds apply only to products purchased from VRS and not through promotions.

Expired Product Policy

  • Products that cannot be sold due to dosing guidelines and expiration dates are eligible for credit/refund under these conditions:
    • Expiring Products: Eligible for refund 2–3 months before expiration.
    • Expired Products: Eligible for refund if the request is made within 30 days after expiration.
    • Refunds for expired products are limited to up to ½ case amounts of your most recent order.

How to Request a Refund

  • Complete the Refund Request Form
  • Provide:
    • Order details (invoice number, product name, quantity).
    • Reason for return or expiration status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed as a credit to your account or original payment method.
